excellent stay!
clean studiocomfortable bedstocked kitchenettequiet atmosphere
the double studio was spacious and very clean. the bed was comfortable. a well-stocked kitchenette allowed for easy meal preparation. i appreciated that the hotel maintained a quiet atmosphere despite a high number of guests.
the coffee provided could have been better quality.

the breakfast included a good variety of options. the hotel is located close to a tram stop, easily facilitating travel into the city center. i noticed the staff were very polite and helpful.

The staff were always helpful when we asked for items. Thiernou at the counter was helpful as he personally delivered new towels and tissues when we asked for them.
I couldn't take a shower as the water was cold. I hoped for a warmer shower after a long day, but it was not to be? The temperature was a real disappointment.

the hotel had a kettle, microwave, and fridge in the room. this was useful.
The room was quite noisy. i was on the second floor near the underground car park so there was a lot of disturbance, especially early in the morning, sleep was difficult with delivery noises. there was also noise from other rooms. The soundproofing was poor.

the staff was nice at the front desk and always greeted me, it was acceptable.
the heating was set up on a temperature i didn't like, it was cold outside and i wanted a warmer room after a long day, the reception guys were a bit poor but not rude.

a decent stay overall

the staff was so cute. the room layout just worked great for me. i found the parking to have good value, really awesome.
the heating setup was a bummer. it was set to a certain temperature, so i didn't felt so warm. i wanted a warmer room after a long day outside and that was imposible. also, the reception guys seemed a bit poor.
